Udon noodles stir-fried with vegetables in sweet and sour sauce
Ingredient
- 450gr udon noodles
- 400gr mixed vegetables of your choice (cauliflower, mushrooms, carrots, etc.)
- 1 piece of tofu
- 1 large purple onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ½ tablespoon grated ginger
- 2-3 green onion branches
- 1 tablespoon oil
Sauce part
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Making
- Cut the beans into thin slices and fry them crispy (can be marinated with sauce)
- Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces, mince garlic, green onions and purple onions
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the ingredients until smooth
- Heat oil in a pan, add shallots, garlic and ginger and sauté for about a minute
- Add the vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes, then add the sauce and stir-fry for another minute
- Boil the noodles, drain them, then add them to the pan and mix well until the sauce is absorbed
- Serve on a plate, decorated with green onions and tofuq
